Frequently washing our hands, wearing gloves, face masks, sanitizing tools, sanitizing digital instruments are just a few precautions we are exercising for public health. We are also utilizing more often refraining from entering into homes unless necessary for proper diagnosis, most repairs can be done without entering into your home.
Here is what you can expect while we navigate the COVID-19 structure:
Concerning Our Technicians: Out of an abundance of caution, our technicians have been outfitted with approved respirators, disposable gloves, and sanitizing equipment to be used when they are required to enter a customer’s home during a service call. Additionally, they have been trained in the best practices to mitigate the possibility of exposure for themselves as well as the customers they serve.
Concerning Your Appointment: At the time of scheduling your service appointment, as well as when our technician arrives at your door, you will be asked basic questions about any possible health concerns in your home. These questions are for the sole purpose of safety for all parties and will be kept confidential in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Your answers will not be recorded in any system or passed along to any third-parties, including our home warranty partners.
Additional Appointment Info (Updated 5/1/2020): We are refraining from entering homes unless it is necessary for diagnostic. Most of the work we do can be completed outside the home. Should our technician need to enter the home for further diagnostics, we kindly ask, for our protection, the next customer’s protection, and yours, to respectfully practice the social distancing (at least 6 ft away) rule. As we do provide services to the immune compromised and elderly, we must respect protecting them during this time.
Concerning Our Office Staff: Stacy is doing well. 🙂 Our office is operating on a limited schedule and available for all your HVAC needs. We are taking messages with a quick return call in most cases, as we navigate during the COVID-19 mandates (Including having our kids home during remote learning) . We are also strongly utilizing making appointments via email and via our ticket request system which can be found by clicking this link.
Update to paperless system effective 4/1/2020: Precision Aire uses a paperless system via iPads and digital technology to email receipts and collect payment. Effective immediately, we will use a “no contact” strategy when signing contracts and transactions to limit person to person transmission.
Update to Payment Methods Accepted effective 7/1/2020 until further notice: Our accepted payment methods are temporarily changed until further notice, we accept Cash or Credit Card (Visa, MC, Amex, Disc). We will be unable to accept personal or business checks at this time.
What to Expect Should Precision Aire Develop symptoms:
Should anyone in our team develop any symptoms, we will update our website, messages and other avenues to distance ourselves from the spread. At that time, because we are family owned and operated, we may need to close our business in the time it takes to recover and self quarantine. Should this happen, we will inform our customers as to any change in business.
Our prayers for you and our country as we weather this storm and eventually get back to normal life. Yes our kids are home too, and life has changed ever so much in such a short time. We will hug our kids tighter, and enjoy the small moments as a family, play games together, home study, and watch them grow in this time. We are slowing down just a bit and shifting our eyes and hearts to our loved ones. Best of health to our community, we WILL make it through this. Lets take one day at a time.
Prayerfully,
Daniel & Stacy Baghdanov
