Skilled HVAC Technician Wanted-Immediate Position Available

HVAC TECHNICIAN:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have prior, successful experience as a Technician in the HVAC industry
• Must be EPA Certified
• Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
• Clean driving record
• At least 6 years of experience as an HVAC technician
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be certified in HVAC
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including lifting and climbing

Responsibilities

• This position performs service, repair, and maintenance & installation on HVAC systems in a residential setting
• Determines general condition of HVAC systems, and can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine extent of necessary repairs
• Always maintains a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after completion of each job
• Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
• Maintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside
• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, and ventilation systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with HVAC systems
• Order parts and supplies as needed
• Ensure that all work is performed to company and industry standards
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed

Compensation

• $30-35/hr DOE
